How inspired is that??

Im glad that your fathers day was good. mine wasn't bad at all, i recommend doing to a spanish ward on fathers day as you don't understand as much :)  that's cool about cars land opening up! i want one of those cups!! mom you're gonna laugh, i attached a picture of something that i bought and am sending to Casey. HE WILL LOVE IT!!!! i got him one of those huge blankets that he wanted! i found it here and it has this super cool american flag thingy on it, so for him being in Washington DC and all...i think he'll love it! just the fact alone that its the blanket he wanted so badly for christmas. 


we had an investigator and he wasn't keeping his commitment to reading the BOM so after about 3 times, we finally asked him..."what is it thats keeping you from reading?" and you know what his response was... "because i always think of her when i read it!" and then points to me!!. sooo awkward, i wanted to die of embarrassment.  so nevertheless, we're not teaching him anymore. that is really a hard thing out here, when guys want us to come over and teach them for the wrong reasons, it is so frustrating, i just don't get it.


Transfer calls came this morning. and i have been praying that i'd stay. we're both here for another 6 more weeks. i'm  glad i'm not leaving waco. so for my health. let me tell you a little funny story, when i got my meds in the mail (thank you by the way!), i decided to read that packet of useless information they send with it cuz i was so excited it was in english :)   well i kid you not. under the section that says"seek help immediately  if any of the following occur" and then it says "rapid or fast heart rate" so there ya go. Looks like its just a side effect from my medication, go figure.  ironically, the next day the doctor that i went to called me in and said that she was thinking about it, and she wanted to check my lamictal levels, how inspired is that? so i got my blood drawn on thursday so we'll see what the levels of that are. don't worry, i wont adjust my dosage until dr stuckart tells me to. but as soon as i figure that out, i'll let you know what the level is and you can call my doctor at home and see what she wants to do.  I'm glad you got the email from the sister in my branch telling you that the medication arrived in the mail. she is one of my favorite members! i just love her!i just wanted you to be able to know that i got them in time and not worry about that. 


hey!  i noticed that you got Pres Burnett,  President Love, Bishop Rooney and Bishop Okerlund all  reeses in the fathers day gifts and you did not include reeses in my package?  what we're you thinking?? have you lost your marbles since ive been gone?! not ok with me! but, i forgive you. how are you feeling? it was so cute! in my letter that Casey wrote me, he told me that every day he prays for me to have patience and that i'd find people to teach and baptize. then he said he prays for your health. i told him in my letter back to him today that i pray for the exact samething but in spanish :)  ha it made me laugh. saying my prayers in spanish is a lot of fun! i love to speak spanish! it was so adorable. in carissa's email she said that she hopes the power of tongues is helping me. i laughed and told her it was the gift of tongues but that she was close enough haha isnt that so cute? 


im SO glad that trixie and roxiie are safe! thats so adorable of jordan to call andask about them when he saw that sign hahah i laughed when i read that too. the pictures you sent from fathers day and the deliveries are darling, thank you for those.  im glad that there was an eagle court of honor for kyle and david bowen. good for them, tell them i say congrats. thats also HILARIOUS that Moji thought it was actually me and wasconcerned about the fact that i was too pale hahaha, how i love her!!!


good news, Pres. didn't take away our dinners! I tried to make a mexican desert last night when we got back to our apt and of course...i  failed big time. smoke FILLED the house.it was rough....really rough. so my cooking still needs to improve, that's for sure. i never thought i'd say this, but i actually miss Disneyland hahah i reeeeaaallyyyy want a ORANGE ORANGE cone cup please! thank you :)
