It is cool to be back in Denton!!

Hi Momma!!
I am glad that Austin's fairwell talk went well! I will be there for his homecoming!!! Im glad to hear that you were not in the hospital, but that is funny your cell phone was blowing up at work cuz people thought you were!! Yes, my mission sent out a mass txt saying that every missionary had to get the flu shot and well, seeing as that probably came from President Monson, i obeyed. I got the dang flu shot.

So, before i got here to Denton, our famous little 7 missionaries went out to eat at Red Robbin and a member paid for us! (sweeeet! we love free food!! oh and speaking of food really quickly...the ward feeds the missionaries every night now. so dont worry, im getting fed every night a nice dinner) and then we all made tye dye shirts and signed them all. The morning of transfers, we all went out to McDonalds and got breakfast before we all had to leave. I came to Denton, Elder Strang went to Arlington and Elder Olvera went to Lewisville and sad sad story...Hermana Barrett went home. The mission finally sent her home, she was just way too sick. She needs to have surgery (even though they still dont know whats wrong with her) and her recovery time was gonna be too long, so they sent her home. She can come back out after the surgery and recovery time but she ended up going home :( i am writing her though!! She was a way cool companion! But, 4 out of the 7 left. So, the fabulous 7 is no more :(  So, this transfer is gonna be a little harder. But, thank goodness its a short transfer and i only have 4 more weeks to go!!

It is cool to be back in Denton though! A lady that i was teaching when i was here 5 months ago, she's getting baptized on the 2nd of Feb. So thats cool! And, we are going back to all the people that i taught and are starting to teach them again cause when we left the area, and elders came in, they completely destroyed the area. They literally did nothing and all of our investigators that i had 5 months ago just completely dropped off the earth. BUT! im back now and we are getting them all back and with baptism dates and stuff, so thats a good thing.

Its a good thing that Casey didnt go spanish speaking because in the winter, spanish people make a ton of  Caldo. Its pretty much a soup. Its is so bland and boring and NON FILLING!! Boy would HATE IT! The last one i had was this gross meet boiled in water with a few veggies thrown in there and then some salsa to go on top. He would have hated it! I am gonna make you and Casey and the rest of the fam all sorts of good legit mexican foods, but dont worry, i wont be making any caldo's.

Ok, i love you! im gonna go attach pictures for you now!
